No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Love Wrapped is a digital product that provides instant access to your personalized gift upon payment completion. Due to the instant delivery nature of our service, we do not offer refunds.

By purchasing Love Wrapped, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from creating or accessing your gift, please contact us immediately at hello@lovewrapped.com.

We will work with you to resolve any technical issues. In rare cases where we cannot fix a technical problem on our end, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.

Why No Refunds?

We cannot offer refunds because:

  • You receive instant access to your gift immediately after payment
  • The service has been delivered in full once you create your gift
  • Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • All content and features are available for preview via our demo

Payment Issues

If you were charged multiple times by mistake or experienced a payment error:

  • Include your order number and payment receipt
  • We will investigate and refund duplicate charges

Content Updates

If you made a mistake in your gift content or want to make changes, please contact us first before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can help you update the content instead of processing a refund.
